Dashboard error 404 in new site on new multisite network

I made a new installation of wordpress using XAMPP, in my local computer.

Main site is working OK (that means that I can access the common starter blog and it's dashboard). When I create a new site (in this case, http://localhost/wp/asd10102/) , dashboard (http://localhost/wp/asd10102/wp-admin) returns the following:

Object not found!
The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 404
localhost
Apache/2.4.33 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.1.0h PHP/7.2.6

Also, clicking visit to asd10102 in http://localhost/wp/wp-admin/my-sites.php redirects to http://localhost/dashboard/ which is XAMPP's welcome page.

.htaccess:

# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

# add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ $1wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
RewriteRule ^ - [L]
RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $2 [L]
RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?(.*\.php)$ $2 [L]
RewriteRule . index.php [L]
</IfModule>

# END WordPress

wp-config.php (I ommited the comments in this file for this post):

<?php

define('DB_NAME', 'WP');

define('DB_USER', 'root');

define('DB_PASSWORD', '');

define('DB_HOST', 'localhost');

define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');

define('DB_COLLATE', '');

define('AUTH_KEY',         'put your unique phrase here');
define('SECURE_AUTH_KEY',  'put your unique phrase here');
define('LOGGED_IN_KEY',    'put your unique phrase here');
define('NONCE_KEY',        'put your unique phrase here');
define('AUTH_SALT',        'put your unique phrase here');
define('SECURE_AUTH_SALT', 'put your unique phrase here');
define('LOGGED_IN_SALT',   'put your unique phrase here');
define('NONCE_SALT',       'put your unique phrase here');

$table_prefix  = 'wp_';

define('WP_DEBUG', false);

define('WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true);

define('MULTISITE', true);
define('SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL', false);
define('DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE', 'localhost');
define('PATH_CURRENT_SITE', '/wp/');
define('SITE_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1);
define('BLOG_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1);

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

if ( !defined('ABSPATH') )
    define('ABSPATH', dirname(__FILE__) . '/');

require_once(ABSPATH . 'wp-settings.php');

Also, when I create a new site I can't find the place where it's sub-folder is created. Here is my WP folder (C:\xampp\htdocs\WP) and wp-content, just in case.

I have "super" admin active in Windows 10, so I don't think it's a permissions problem.
