get_header stopped working

I have got a simple index.php template which displays the content of a post if no other (more specific) template is found:

<?php get_header(); ?>
            the_post(); ?>
            <?php the_content();
<?php get_footer(); ?>

I am getting the following warning & error:

Warning: require(C:\wamp\www\blabla\bla bla\bla\bla/wp-blog-header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp\www\blabla\bla bla\bla\bla\index.php on line 17

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required 'C:\wamp\www\blabla\bla bla\bla\bla/wp-blog-header.php' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in C:\wamp\www\blabla\bla bla\bla\bla\index.php on line 17

The thing is, this piece of code was working perfectly fine until today when I tried to refresh the page after a few days. I have not updated WP in the meantime. I have also checked that the files are not missing.

Any help much appreciated! :-)
