Google showing Pages with `noindex` meta tag

I have a website running on Django, Python. I have 2 simple questions,

First:

A week ago I made few changes in the main urls of website. For example https://example.com/user/account/profile is changed to https://example.com/profile.

Now, when I saw my website in google search results, it's showing both of the URLs in search results. What can I do to remove the page with URL https://example.com/user/account/profile from search results?

Second:

Earlier I didn't know about noindex meta tag & didn't add it to some pages, as a result google has crawled several unwanted pages.

About 1 weeks ago I added the noindex meta tag on all those pages. But the problem is that google is still showing those pages in search results.

How can I remove them?
