What does noindex do on page sub-links?

I need to have a page named "list" which contains many sub-links inside. I don't like search engines index the page itself. But I wonder to have all its sub-links (Links that are mentioned in this page) in the search engines (Especially Google) indexes. I know that I have to write the code below in this page:

<meta name="robots" content="noindex">

But I do not know what will be happened for its sub-links? Will they be removed from indexes too or not? I could not find my answer anywhere, and decided to ask it here.
