How to setup Google AMP Sub-Domain e.g. amp.example.com/

I setup AMP with the AMP plugin developed by Authenttic, I add Google Analytics, Google Adsense. And it works fine if I use the default URL that ends with /amp/. But on clicking the search result pages on google, the amp result does not have the Google Analytics or the Google Adsense.

How can I ensure that the results from Google search can be track or carry the tracking script and also display the Google Adsense?

Also, how can I change the default URL to http://amp.example.com/foo.html.
