Unable to see Wi-Fi networks after installing Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

I recently installed Ubuntu 16.04 LTS alongside Windows 10. From Windows, the Wi-Fi is working; but on Ubuntu, I can't see any Wi-Fi networks.

So, I followed this answer to this question which was similar to mine, but, this is the output that I got:

$ sudo dpkg -i *.deb

And I still can't see any Wi-Fi networks.
