Music site won't play audio

A French-based site for instrumental music, virtual-beat.com, stopped playing all audio since a few weeks ago.

Any instrumental i click on just reloads the main page, instead of playing it in a new page as before. Most (if not all) other links on the site, except ads, also behave as reload buttons, doing nothing except reloading the site's main page. All the site allows me to do is log in/out, and write/receive messages to/from users. All the audio on the site in in mp3 format, but as i have no problem with any other sites when playing mp3, the problem shouldn't be format related.

Other users of the site have no such problems, judging by the number of comments daily left on instrumentals. i was told the site isn't location restricted nor registration termed for playing its content, but open for all.

And though i've tried clearing all site data (cache, cookies, etc.), changing/flushing various DNS servers, going trough a French VPN, trying with different up-to-date browsers, the problem remains, including on android phone. My internet provider couldnt help either, it apparently behaves the same on their side as well. They only suggested that the problem may be caused by my IP being behind a NAT (which it is, but can't be helped by my ISP).

A direct link to one of the site's mp3 files reports this error in Firefox: Corrupted Content Error. The site has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

And this error in Chrome: This site can’t be reached. Server IP address could not be found. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

i noticed that if any of the site's direct mp3 links is entered in either brower, the slash symbol "/" after .com is missing from the address, after which it reports the errors above, as if being unable to keep the original address of the direct mp3 link when entered. Also, if it helps something, clearing all of this site's data won't sign me out of session, until a manual signout from site's form.

If it helps anything, could any part of the problem be related to my location belonging to a third-world country? All i know is that it worked great until recently. Is there anything i can do to make it work again? Thank you for any help and suggestion.
