Wifi issue on macbook pro 2018 with connected hub

I have bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BNYPLTN/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 hub on Amazon and all works perfect, but I have noticed that my internet connection speed decreased dramatically. And I found that it depends on the connected hub. When it plugged in, my internet speed is around 500kbps, but when I turn it off my speed is returning back to 15Mbps. This hub has 1Gb ethernet adapter and Am I wondering maybe it's related and I need somehow delete that adapter interface?

ifconfig showing me that interface when hub plugged in:

Hardware Port: USB 10/100/1000 LAN
Device: en7

Hardware Port: Wi-Fi
Device: en0
Ethernet Address: f0:18:98:09:52:ed

Hardware Port: Bluetooth PAN

Hardware Port: Thunderbolt 2

Ethernet Address: ca:00:40:f0:d9:04

Hardware Port: Thunderbolt Bridge

but I delete connection in System Preferences->Network and also when I'm running sudo networksetup -listallnetworkservices I can see only WIFI service
