Is there a free software to perform DNAT of multicast?

Suppose I have multicast traffic with the destination address 239.0.0.1 been transmitted from one source named A (multicast source), and I want that this multicast traffic reaches a destination host named B (multicast receiver) using the destination IP 239.0.0.2. Between these hosts, I can have a firewall or any other device/software performing the task.

Is there some free software that performs this kind of NAT or Proxy?

Topology:

--------     ------------------     --------
|Host A| --> |Multicast Router| --> |Host B|
--------     ------------------     --------

I´ve tried with IPTables with no success. Although it routes the multicast traffic, it is not reaching the chain that performs the NAT.
