Using Longtable and Multicolumns having problems with setting the width of a column

I have tried many answers to other questions but my problem wasn't solved. I would like my third column to have a certain width. And optimaly i would like to have my first and second column the width of the first cell.

I tried the p{} argument but it didnt work. Here my code:
