PNG, JPG, and BMP images do not appear when I attempt to use them as a picture fill for a polygon symbol in ArcGIS Pro

I am creating a style file for a project I am working on in ArcGIS Pro, and I am trying to use images I created as the fill for some polygons. However, when I choose the image I want as the fill, Pro does not draw the image. Instead it gets treated as if it is completely transparent (bar the solid line symbol I used as the outline). I looked around online, but all I could really find were links to ESRI tips and walkthroughs about how to choose an image for a fill, rather than why I am having this problem.

I actually got one image to appear, and it will appear whenever I choose it as the fill, but any other images I try will not show up even if I do everything the same. I am not sure if it is a file size issue, or an issue that pops up when I export the image from photoshop, but nothing I try seems to work.
