Identifying invalid data

I extracted some thousend posts from Instagram with their coordinates. Some are in very detail (20.740.979.468.827; -99.940.974.781.912) some quite different (28.466.666.666.667;-16.25). Are both valid? If I plot the coordinates quite a number of coodinates seem to lie in one streight line from north to south, many of them somewhere in the sea. This is the file (with the instagram #wanderlust), as I want to track people doing a worldtrip.... hope you can help a non-geo-researcher :-) regards Romanfile
