How to segregate different multiple objects from geospatial data into single single objects?

we know that, In Spatial data, Spatial objects are usually represented by vector data. Such data consists of a description of the locations using points, lines, and polygons. So, How I can segregate the only polygon in several polygon files from vector data. I have to develop a web application where the user will upload spatial data in geojson format and after analyzing that geojson data my application will separate all polygons in different files same as geojson format.
