Polygon 3D from Lines 3D with QGIS

Good evening, Starting from 3D lines coming from a CAD cartography I have to create polygonal 3D coverage. Using the tool QGIS tools-qgis-geometry tools-Polygonize (I also tried with the vector-geometry tools-lines to polygon tool) I can create polygons from the lines the only problem that the polygons I create are 2D. At moment, the data are shapefile but I can easily use the DB Spatialite if it helps to solve the problem. I searched in the GRASS toolbox but did not find anything, I searched somewhat on the internet but did not seem to have found any satisfactory solutions. The polygon must be coerent with lines(FullTopology) I know that with ArcGis I can solve the problem but I can't use it. Can you help me?

Thanks...
