I have around a 100 different datasets in which the participants are distributed over three subgroups A, B and C. My main interest is in the distributions of the subgroups, and to this end I want to pairwise compare the distribution of the subgroups A, B and C in the different samples. I was wondering if there is any way to do automate this process in SPSS, as doing this one by one would be very labour intensive. If this is not possible in SPSS, is there any other program in which this can be done. p.s. my data is in the wide format, i.e. in the form

Study number. # people in subgroup A. # people in subgroup B. # people in subgroup C
