Interpretation of correlation coefficient

The table reports the portion of tennis balls caught/collected by each row in the audience of the US Open for the last 4 tennis matches.

Match: 1.....2.....3.....4

Row1 0.1, 0.3, 0.1, 0.0

Row2 0.8, 0.2, 0.6, 0.1

Row3 0.1, 0.5, 0.3, 0.9

How might one interpret the correlation between Matches, say Match 1 and Match 4?

How might one use these correlation values to decide on which row to sit in to maximise the chance of catching/collecting a tennis ball?
