what happens when control groups results are larger than treatment group?

As a school experiment we had to modify a toy parachute and see if it increases its speed. We chose to change the toy parachutes material from plastic to nylon. We did Re-randomisation test 1000 times with our results. Our results showed us that control was on average 0.41 seconds longer than treatment. ( we want it to take longer) Also our original difference between medians came out as 0/1000. I am confused with what to say in my conclusion/ re-randomisation paragraphs. Talking about tail proportion and null hypothesis.
