repeated measures ANOVA with a continuous independent variable that does not vary between subjects

I am trying to perform an ANOVA repeated measures analysis using R. For each subject I have test results at different time points. I also have the independent continuous variable "dose". However each subject has received a different dose. Almost all of the examples of repeated measures ANOVA have the data grouped into different treatments or groups, for my data each patient received a different dose. I want to know if there is difference between the test results for different time points related to the dose. Is this possible in repeated measurements ANOVA?
