Can someone explain this question to me? Monte Carlos simulation

Heres the question. https://imgur.com/FYOabPK Can someone explain this question to me? I after finding the amount of simulations which is around 16,000. I know success rate is dividing it by the total amount of loops or n. So what is this question asking exactly? After 16,000 it very close to 1/2,1/4, and 1/4.
