Why does this can of beans have "Ft" written on it?

the can

This is a weird one, but I thought I'd ask here.

I recently bought a can of beans from a supermarket (it's not clear that the specifics matter here). After emptying out the beans I tore off the paper wrapping for recycling and noticed that somebody had written what appears to be "Ft", in black marker, on the can underneath.

Now, surely, this does not matter, but I'm curious. What explanation is there for this?
