Help to choose the level editor for Box2D

I need some advice on what editor will suit better for creating such a game:

2D platformer where most of the world is static but some parts of it are interactive, for example wall, it can fall/be moved/be destroyed etc.

I was choosing between Tiled Map Editor and Overlap2D. But overlap2d-runtime is no longer suppoerted, and in the TME it's not possible to create dynamic objects, or at least to bind textures to object objects.

Are there any working editors for LibGDX Box2D? Thanks
