Triple boot and hybrid MBR

Currently my mac is running two OS, mac os 10.13.4 (High Sierra) and Windows 10. I would like to add Ubuntu to the mix. I found this awesome post (Installing Ubuntu on Mac with macOS and Windows already installed) explaining how this should be done.

However when running sudo gpt -r show /dev/disk0

I get the following output

gpt show: /dev/disk0: Suspicious MBR at sector 0
gpt show: error: bogus map
gpt show: unable to open device '/dev/disk0': Undefined error: 0

I searched around and looks like this means I have an hybrid MBR which is not what the post I linked is expecting. I'm working on my thesis and I'm a little scared of breaking my computer right now.

Is there any special care I must take during the procedure explained to install Ubuntu or can I just follow it normally?
